Energy Efficiency Grant Program

Reading Electric is pleased to extend this Technical Workshop Invitation on the new Small Business Energy Efficiency Grant Program which provides a 25 percent match, up to $25,000, for equipment or processes that significantly improve energy efficiency. Grants can be applied toward the cost of purchasing and installing items and systems such as lighting, motors, variable speed controllers and many other categories. The program is the first available through the Alternative Energy Investment Fund, part of Governor Edward G. Rendell's Energy Independence Strategy. This Workshop will help you understand the requirements of this new Grant Program and provide options for obtaining assistance in submitting an application by the May 1st deadline.

Who should Attend: This Workshop benefits those Management and Technical Personnel responsible for specifying and managing those systems that consume energy. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about applying to this new Grant Program from the experts at Reading Electirc, WESCO and
Mr. Robert Zaccano, PA Southcentral Regional Chief, Office of Energy and Technology Deployment, Dept. of Environmental Protection.
