READING ELECTRIC is pleased to invite you to this Workshop on Electric Motor Diagnostics and Testing. This Workshop will focus on the recommended diagnostic tests and servicing practices for low and medium voltage motors.
THIS WORKSHOP IS OFFERED TO YOUR COMPANY AT NO COST.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This Workshop benefits those Management and Technical Personnel responsible for specifying, managing and maintaining electric motors. You will have the opportunity to ask questions of READING ELECTRIC on how best to service off-line, in-service, and spare electric motors. This Workshop will focus on the following aspects of motor diagnostics, testing and servicing:
1) Diagnostic Tests:
a. Stator winding resistive imbalance
b. Stator winding insulation resistance (Meg-Ohm checks)
c. Polarization Index (PI)
d. Step Voltage test
e. Surge test
2) Predictive Maintenance and Trouble-Shooting
3) Alignment and Balancing Servicing Practices
4) Recommended Testing Time Intervals
